This is a solid c 1950s  coffee table. This piece  is actually an adapted abbess compact teachers desk, it’s had some wear and tear over the years but we restored it so it can continue to give some joy. Painted top with Lamp Black Little Greene intelligent eggshell and varnished for durability.
